Products
What is the quality of your bookmarks?
Our bookmarks are printed on ultra-thick 380 GSM cardstock for a sturdy, premium feel. They are designed to hold up to everyday use while remaining lightweight enough to comfortably fit inside your favorite books.
Some regular bookmarks are laminated or holographic for added durability and shine. These features will always be noted in the product listing.
All magnetic bookmarks feature a holographic finish for added durability and are made with strong, thin-profile magnets that securely hold your page without adding bulk to your book.
Charm Care
Our charm products are designed as decorative accessories for items such as Kindles, bookmarks, purses, bags, boots, and other personal accessories. They are not intended to be worn as jewelry.
Material composition may vary depending on the charm design. As with most metal accessories, some components may naturally tarnish or show signs of wear over time, especially with exposure to moisture and everyday elements.
To help preserve the appearance of your charm products, please keep them dry and avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, oils, cleaning products, and other chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use and handle with care.
How often do you restock?
Restocks vary by product type.
Used Books: Since our used books are individually sourced, many titles may never be restocked unless we come across another copy in great condition. If you're interested in selling your books for store credit, please email us at thechapterpostco@gmail.com.
Charms: Charms are restocked based on availability and customer demand. If a charm you love is sold out, feel free to contact us! We may be able to suggest a similar option or place another order if there is enough interest.
New Books: New books are restocked based on popularity and demand. We're always looking for new titles to add, so we welcome book recommendations and requests from our community.
Bookmarks & Reading Accessories: Most of our bookmarks and many of our handmade reading accessories are made to order and generally will not go out of stock unless a design is retired.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. As a small business, each order is carefully packed by hand before being sent out.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, product launches, or market events, processing times may occasionally be extended.
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at thechapterpostco@gmail.com.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $55 within the United States.
Orders under $55 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the items purchased and delivery location. Free shipping is applied automatically when your order qualifies.

What is your return policy?
At The Chapter Post Co., all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds unless an item arrives with a defect in craftsmanship.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thechapterpostco@gmail.com. In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Claims submitted more than 3 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Our complete event schedule, locations, and any newly added dates can be found HERE. We regularly update our calendar with upcoming markets, festivals, Bookish Charm Bar events, and future mobile bookstore appearances, so be sure to check back often!
Do you offer collaborations?
Yes! We love collaborating with creators, book lovers, book clubs, event organizers, and businesses that align with our brand.
Please be aware of scams. Any collaboration offers from The Chapter Post Co. will only come directly from our official social media accounts or thechapterpostco@gmail.com. We will never contact you from unofficial accounts or personal emails.
