Refund policy

At The Chapter Post Co., all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives with a defect in craftsmanship.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thechapterpostco@gmail.com. In your email please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Claims submitted more than 3 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item or store credit, we do not offer refunds. 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
